Rarity curse theory and other drafting thoughts
It seems that some floorplans have a "cursed" rarity, so it shows up differently than normal.
However, you may un-curse a floorplan by drafting a conservatory and adjusting the rarity back and forth.
Evidence 1: Billiard room started showing up way more often than before
Evidence 2: Ballroom showed up after uncursing it
Evidence 3: Never drawn Maid's chamber even if it was unusual
Evidence 4: Furnace is drawn more often than the Drafting Studio when it's cursed
Evidence 5: It's not unusual to draft a Conservatory, because all rarities are absolute, meaning that
they apply to the locations they can be drafted in, not the entire house overall. Proof: Terrace
Random drafting thoughts
- You are more likely to draw Furnace from a darkroom
- It appears that if you monk the Rumpus Room, the Alzara is still operational
- So I was wrong that the Conservatory can only be drafted 30 times
- The more you draft X, the more you will draw X and vice-versa
